Natural Health Remedies (or are they?)

Unless you've been living in a cave, some sayings seem to be coming more prominent, such as:
"Vaccines are unsafe and contain mercury"
"Sun cream causes skin cancer"
"Doctors receive commission from writing prescriptions"
"Surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation spreads cancer"

Now I don't claim to know. I'm an electrician, not a doctor. I personally believe these things, but unless you do your own research, take my word with a grain of salt.

These things are certain:
• There is no magic bullet solution.
• Natural remedies won't solve all health problems.
• Pharmaceutical and surgery won't solve all health problems.
• Any exercise or remedies really only delay the inevitable death of the body.

We all have an expiry date on us and will die someday, no matter how much healthy food and exercise we do. Out of all the founders of the world religions, only Jesus was historically documented to rise from the grave - I'll live for him now and trust him to help me out once this physical body claps out on me. Buddha, Muhammad, and all the others are known to be dead and buried - you can get on a plane and go visit their burial grounds. Do you really want to put your trust in them if they can't even sort themselves out? I don't think so. More about this stuff is for another time, you can ask me or go read the Bible for yourself, starting from the book of Matthew.

I'll break the health information down for you in a simple manner to help you decide:

"Vaccines are unsafe and contain mercury"
It seems to be all the debate and rage, and it is interesting to note that the statistics for autism and even other weird / not diagnosed before medical conditions seems to be on the rise. Tell me again how mercury is dangerous to touch, yet safe to inject into the bloodstream?

Here's the alternative: Have a good diet, and take vitamin supplements. You're going to get the flu anyway even if you get the flu shot, but if your immune system is good, you should get over the flu in no time.

"Sun cream causes skin cancer"
If you've ever read the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for any chemical product, it usually says if it comes into contact with your skin, you should wash it off immediately. Sun cream usually contains petroleum / oil products, or Sodium Laurel Sulphate (or some other weird spelling). If you have trouble pronouncing it, you shouldn't be consuming it or putting it on you.

Black Salve isn't the be all and end all either. I was told by someone that the medical professionals told them that the black salve only treats the cancer cells on the surface, not deep down, and this is probably true. It might help with aggressive stuff like melanoma though.

A natural solution:
2 parts turmeric, 1 part black pepper. Just the stuff off the shelves of the shop will do. 1 teaspoon - 1 tablespoon a day (depending on your needs). Wash it down with lemon cordial.

If you need a quick fix like yesterday, for a donation, I can send you a jar of black goo, but I can't provide you with any other support though.

"Doctors receive commission from writing prescriptions"
Maybe, or maybe not. Seems a bit strange they tend to promote certain products unless you tell them you're trying an alternative.

There's nothing wrong with pharmaceutical medication, but don't rely on it, and go for the natural remedies if they're available and work for you.

"Surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation spreads cancer"
Surgical removal of cancer cells is a fast way to do it, but may risk it spreading, and other times it doesn't.
As for chemotherapy and radiation, read the labels. You don't see firefighters trying to put out fires using petrol / gasoline do you? No.

A natural solution:
2 parts turmeric, 1 part black pepper. Just the stuff off the shelves of the shop will do. 1 teaspoon - 1 tablespoon a day (depending on your needs). Wash it down with lemon cordial. Make sure you cut down the processed foods and sugar (although these are impossible to completely eliminate).

Weight loss:
Some people swear by the following recipe but I'm not convinced. Here it is anyway if you want to give it a go.
Here's recipe, the ingredients go in the same order:
• 1 tablespoon of Bragg organic apple cider vinegar (with the "Mother" - whatever that is)
• A pinch of baking soda
• 3 - 4 ice cubes (depending on size)
• Boiling hot water
• 1 tablespoon of honey
Must be warm or hot - apparently a cold solution won't do your liver any good.
Drink a mug worth before every breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
